This project was at an apartment complex where a drip system was installed about 2007 . After one year the owner contacted me about having problems with the headworks being over run with pin flocks from the treatment system. The first thing I found was waste-water running out of tank-age . I discovered the main problem was the headworks filter. It was stopped up and busted because the filter was simply too small. The pictures below shows what happens when the effluent cannot flow though the headworks filter and causing failures all the way back through septic such as burnt out pumps and a cascade effect of waste overflow.
The Problem: Old Headworks box Too Small and Inadequate for the Job.

The Result: Busted Filter and Sewage Overflow

The Solution: The New “Batson Headworks Box”.
And this is what ti looks like now after installing.
